Returns & Exchanges
If you are for some reason not completely satisfied with your order, Party On! will gladly replace your merchandise if returned within 30 days of purchase in the original method of payment. Merchandise must be in its original condition with all original tags and stickers and/or in original packaging without any visible wear and tear. If the product is returned in an un-sellable condition we will ship the product back to you and not provide a refund. An exchange will only be made if the product has not been opened, or if the product is damaged or defective.
- Claims of defective or shortages must be made within 36 hours or receipt of goods.
Notice for Costume Returns or Exchanges:
- Must be given notification by email within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
- Worn costumes WILL NOT be refunded or returned to customer.
Online Order Specific Information:
- We are unable to process returns without the original receipt.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Merchandise credit is only redeemable in store and not online.
Follow the simple instructions below for convenient returns and exchanges:
1. Include a copy of the receipt of purchase, the items you are returning and the Return Form.
2. Send your package, prepaid, via carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable.

Whether you made your purchase online or at our retail location, you may return or exchange it either by mail or at the physical location of Party On! Niles Ohio. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Once we receive a return, it usually takes 5-7 business days to process your order and either credit your account or ship your exchange. Your credit card company may require up to an additional 5-7 days to post the credit to your account. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item. Party On! will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your account for the returned merchandise once received. All exchanges will be processed as standard shipping at the current cost posted on our website.
Seasonal Items or Dated Items:
Seasonal items include: New Year's, Valentines Day, St Patrick's Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas. Dated items are those that include dates and year for special events. These items may be returned or exchanged up to 10 days before it's perspective holiday.

Damaged or Defective Products:
Our system is set up to have every item being shipped double checked and signed off to provide you the best quality and service. If for some reason your item arrives damaged please contact us. Party On! cannot guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If it is believed to be defective please return the item explaining the defects. We will replace the item only if we declare it is defective. If the item is not considered defective we will send it back explaining why.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
Return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise discussed. In no event will Party On! be responsible for lost or damaged packages on returns. May we suggest that you get insurance and tracking information on your packages as you are responsible for it until we receive it back. In an effort to reduce waste, we request that you reuse the packaging materials that we sent you if possible.
Party On! is unable to refund the original shipping charges for any order.
